  • Creation of a financial model of possible cash flows for the selected concept.


The team of IPG.Estate has analysed economic benefits of a shopping centre, an office centre and a warehouse complex projects implementation within the framework of the facility. Experts of IPG.Estate has proposed creation of a logistics center and implementation of 3PL operator and fulfilment concept as the most effective option of the facility use.
