Anastasia Malysheva is appointed as deputy director of Office Department in IPG.Estate. She will develop client base of the company, manage lease/sales transactions and participate in consulting projects.
Anastasia has a CPM (certified property manager) degree from the American Institute of Real Estate Management IREM. She participated in international business tours for real estate objects of Japan, Austria, Finland, Latvia. Anastasia has an extensive professional experience in the real estate market of St. Petersburg.
During her tenure as manager, financial and general director of the company-owner of the B + Avantage business center, Anastasia completed the reconstruction of the building, increasing the leasable area of the facility. The building was commissioned and the entire free areas of the business center were leased (more than 8000 sq.m). The capitalization of the building had been increased and the optimal pool of tenants had been formed: the rent contracts were signed with "Coffee Cantata", insurance companies USC and "BIN Insurance", the Russian-Finnish telecommunications company LEVO, the winemaking company United Distributors.
As managing director of A class commercial center «Nevsky Plaza», Anastasia increased the number of the commissioned areas, including retail premises and restaurants (over 4000 sq. m.). The lease contracts were signed with such companies as 2GIS Info Service, Domovoi House Network, Adecco recruiting agency, SWANK women's clothing store, Manneken Pis restaurant.
As deputy executive director of the A class business center «Ponomarev center» Anastasia developed and conducted a marketing campaign during reconstruction and signed several preliminary contracts.
