Logistics service Ozon Rocket leased the Armada Park warehouse complex in Shushary
The area of the warehouse complex is 6.4 thousand sq.m. It houses the Ozon Rocket sorting center, a mini warehouse where sellers trading on the Ozon platform can ship their goods, and from where parcels are sent to the end customer. The owner of the warehouse complex is the holding company "Adamant". The broker of the transaction is consulting company IPG.Estate.
One of the key criteria when selecting a location was proximity to a major highway, as well as ample parking so that up to several dozen courier cars could be freely accommodated at the same time. IC "Armada Park" fully complied with these requirements.
"The number of applicants for the lease of a block in this facility is large, and we were faced with the task of providing priority positions to the client," Philip Chaika, head of warehouse and industrial real estate department of IPG.Estate, comments on the transaction. - Thanks to the recent rental experience in the new project of the Adamant holding, the owner has agreed to develop cooperation with the Tenant."
The deal was closed a month after the appeal of the Ozon Rocket team.

The complex is located within the boundaries of the developing industrial zone of Shushary in the Pushkin district of St. Petersburg. The facility is suitable both for storage needs and for the placement of production facilities.

Every day it processes more than 2 million.parcels and serves more than 21 million Ozon customers, more than 60 thousand sellers of the Internet platform, as well as more than 3.5 thousand Russian and international brands selling their goods outside the Ozon platform.
