IPG.Estate consummated warehouse lease deal for a company, which specializes in decoration materials. The tenant occupied the space block with the area of 2300 sq.m. in the A class logistic complex «Osinovaya Roscha».
Today in the warehouse sector, there are three development formats of industrial-warehouse premises, namely, speculative, build-to-suit (construction for the customer), light industrial. Here is IPG.Estate experts' opinion about the status and the prospects of each format.
Currently, there are about 30 office centers in St. Petersburg, located along the embankments. Rental rates for such facilities is 10-15% higher than the average market rate, and occupancy is close to 100%.
Pharmaceutical company acquired a warehouse with an area of 1500 m2 in Primorskiy district. The seller was a large distribution company, the broker was IPG.Estate and the buyer was a distributor of medicines, medical equipment, products and supplies for pharmaceutical Russian market.
