Exclusive: IPG.Estate will help Ovental Group of Companies to sell 58,250 squre metres of commercial space in Saint-Petersburg and Tyumen.
IPG.Estate was chosen as an exclusive consultant for the sale of the assets portfolio, consisting of four commercial real estate facilities in St. Petersburg and Tyumen with a total area of 58,250 square metres. Besides, the company's Office Department acts as an exclusive broker for leasing office space in Tkachi creative space in St. Petersburg.
Ovental Group of Companies is a management company, main activities of which are management and operation of commercial facilities for various purposes: shopping malls, office buildings, industrial facilities and so on. The company has been working at the market since 2006
IPG.Estate's specialists act as an exclusive agent for the sale of four assets of Ovental Group of Companies. Two facilities are located in St. Petersburg: Ovental History B+ class business center in the Centralny district with a total area of 9,000 square metres, as well as Tkachi creative space with a total area of 10,000 square metres. Two more facilities are located in Tyumen: PA-Na-Ma shopping and entertainment centre with a total area of 26,000 square meters, as well as Ovental Tower office center with a total area of 13,250 square metres. All the facilities are completely filled with lessees – federal and local companies.
