IPG.Estate company in partnership with Renaissance Development will launch service office CASE in the Renaissance Hall business Center

Consulting company IPG.Estate, in partnership with the development company Renaissance Development, is investing in the development of a service office CASE. The project with an area of 1,200 sq. m for 220 jobs will open in the Renaissance Hall business Center on Vladimirsky Prospekt. The opening is scheduled for August 2021.

The Service Office CASE (caseclub.work) is a ready-made office space for corporate clients and freelancers.

The layout of the service office includes several zones:

The zone of office blocks (from 1 to 24 workplaces). The zoning of the space with double glass partitions provides a high level of noise insulation. The general layout allows one company, if it’s necessary, to occupy an office for 220 workplaces, or to divide the space into several separate offices for 2-3 companies.
The coworking zone includes an open-space area with comfortable seating arrangements, as well as several individual offices for 1-2 workplaces. It is controlled through the booking system from any smartphone.
Meeting rooms for business meetings and group work are equipped with necessary equipment. There are 3 meeting rooms, two of which are equipped with a transformable partition, which allows you to combine the zone into a single space if it’s necessary.
Common functional areas include: reception, a common kitchen, several coffee-points, a lounge zone and a game room.

The design project of the CASE service office was created by Renaissance Development Company.

At the moment, design, construction and installation works are being carried out by the Construction Project Management Department IPG.Estate.

IPG.Estate Office Real Estate Department is already conducting a pre-brokerage of the project. The cost of a monthly subscription starts from 12,000 rubles for an unfixed workplace per month, a fixed workplace-from 16,000 rubles per month, the cost of renting one workplace per day-from 1,000 rubles.

To manage the CASE project within the IPG.Estate framework will be created a new service office management structure. At the moment, negotiations are taking place with potential managers who have experience in managing flexible spaces.

The service office management system will be realized through the service hotdesk.ru, developed by the IT department of IPG (the official release of the system is scheduled for May 2021).

The project will be realized through joint investments of Renaissance Development and IPG.Estate.
