An office block with an area of more than 1400 sq. m located in the class B+ business center in the Frunzensky district was leased by the company, specializing in the provision of railway track maintenance services. IPG.Estate was a consultant of the deal.
The company leased over 1,400 sq. m. of office space in Polis business center in the Frunzensky district of St. Petersburg. "We had a task to find a large space office in the south of the city. Taking into account the situation in the office segment at the moment, the lack of available quality space in this location, we didn’t have a big choice– the transaction was closed in a short time. The client chose the object in a high stage of finishing readiness, with a comfortable ratio of price and quality, – said Ivan Pochinschikov, IPG.Estate managing partner ".
