IPG.Estate closed the deal : Edisoft rented office in «Gelsingforsskiy» business center
IT company Edisoft rent around 1000 sqm in a class A «Gelsingforsskiy» business center. IPG.Estate participated as broker in this transaction.
Edisoft is an international provider of electronic data interchange (Electronic Data Interchange or EDI), software developer and system integrator. The company is engaged in the automation of business processes in retail, logistics, finance, manufacturing, telecom areas.
Gelsingforsskiy» business center is an A class object. It was commissioned in 2010, the total area is 12 000 sq. m. This object is a part of the business quarter which is called "Vyborgskaya embankment" and it is located in a 10-minute walk from the "Vyborgkskaya " metro station.
According to the words of Andrei Prutnikov, the chief security of Edisoft company , they were looking for the open space format office located in a one plane. Edisoft was looking for the high class object that meet the modern hardware requirements. Specific requirement was the location of the object and accessibility. Specific city view characteristics is the main advantage of the selected office .
Nicholai Makagonov, Deputy to the General Director of "Gelsingforssky" business center noted that in the most cases the office concept for IT companies requires special attention, especially when the company rents space of a large square footage. In this case, the concept didn't violate any rules on the safety requirements of the facility and meet the request of the tenant.
"Office search for Edisoft company demanded a prompt action since the end of the lease contract with the previous office – says Andrey Svistunov, office department director of IPG.Estate .We received a number of specific requirements for size, layout, rental rate, location of the object from the client. The transaction was carried out in a short time – from the moment of receipt of the request, before signing the contract is a little more than a month."
