Ozon rented a warehouse in the WC "Armada Park North"
Ozon Marketplace has rented a warehouse for a new sorting center. Its total area is 6,000 sq.m. The facility is located in the "Armada Park North" warehouse complex in the Vyborg district (Pargolovo). The lease term will be 5 years. IPG.Estate consulting company acted as the broker of the transaction.
The sorting center became the sixth in a row in St. Petersburg and one of the largest. It is assumed that he will be able to receive up to 20 thousand parcels from sellers of the Internet platform per day, and ship up to 50 thousand parcels to customers. The sorting center has already started its work.
"Due to the current situation in the warehouse market, we offered the client to conclude a preliminary contract in the project under construction," comments Philip Chaika, Head of IPG's Warehouse and Industrial Real estate Department, on the deal.Estate. – And, although the demand for vacant space of this format is extremely high, we were able to offer a solution that is convenient for both the tenant and the landlord. The transaction was closed in 3 months from the date of the appeal."
