Company IPG.Estate has implemented 4 Fit-Out projects and office real estate equipment with a total area of more than 7,000 sq.m.

In three months, the construction project management and configuration departments of IPG.Estate completed 4 projects for the construction of office spaces with a total area of more than 7,000 sq.m, where IPG acted as a general contractor.

One of the key projects implemented by IPG.Estate is the Case service office with a total area of 1,200 sq.m. The company acted as a general contractor. The design project was developed by Renaissance Development. At the moment, more than 30% of jobs have been filled in Case, negotiations are underway on the remaining working areas. The opening took place in August 2021.

Also, 3 projects have been implemented for the construction of office spaces for international companies in the field of IT, medicine and design work.
Today the company IPG.Estate participates in a number of tenders for the construction of office space with a total area of more than 30,000 sq.m, and also implements construction projects in several formats:

In the status of a technical customer, representing the interests of clients and controlling the work of the gen.contractors and contracting organizations;
In the status of a general contractor, performing the entire complex of construction works with the involvement of contracting organizations. Within this area, we offer design, construction and configuration services.

"At the moment, the demand for office space construction services is extremely high. This is due to two factors. Firstly, after the lockdown of 2020, companies are trying to adapt the workspace to the new reality and the needs of employees. Secondly, in 2020, a deferred demand has formed, which is being actively implemented today – there are few available ready-made premises, and various companies are considering shell & core format premises, implementing the project "for themselves," - comments Ivan Pochinshchikov, managing partner of IPG.Estate.
Moreover, it is important for us to give the client the opportunity to receive all services in a single window format - from finding and renting office space to implementing an interior project and moving to a new space."
