IPG.Estate: Melston-Service leased an office block in a business center on Petrogradskaya embankment

Melston-Service, an operator of service gas stations and oil depots, leased an office block of 478 sq.m. in the City Grand building of the City Center business area. IPG.Estate acted as the transaction broker.

Melston-Service is the first company in Russia that offered a full range of services for filling gas stations and oil depots. Among the partners of Melston Group are such companies as Gazprom Neft, Statoil, Lukoil, Rosneft, Tatneft and others.

City Center is a business area in Petrogradsky district consisting of three class B+ buildings: City Lux, City Grand, City Classic. The total area of the buildings is 27 000 sq.m. The block is located on Petrogradskaya emb. 18, A.

According to the tenant, the search for a new office took about six months. The move was caused by the need to improve the quality of the office characteristics.

The company considered high-class modern facilities with high quality ventilation and air conditioning systems and ready-made finishes. Preference was given to facilities with a corridor-cabinet layout in order to clearly organize the business processes of different departments of the company.

Also, the requirements were related to the location of the object. It was important to keep the office in the northern part of the city near the subway stations of the Blue subway line, to maintain a comfortable transport accessibility for employees.
