IPG.Estate Opens New Line and Strengthens Its Team

IPG.Estate opens Property and Facility Department under the leadership of Natalia Makusheva. Building a professional team richly experienced in office, commercial, warehouse and industrial real estate management will be the first stage of the expert's work. The second stage is formation of a portfolio of facilities to be managed.

Natalia's experience in the commercial real estate market is more than 20 years. From March, 1996 to March, 2019 Natalia worked for St. Petersburg Real Estate Agency Holding, and within different periods, she was holding positions of a legal adviser and the Head of the Holding Legal Department. In 2008, she organized and became the Director General of a management company providing real estate management services.

With the personal participation of Natalia Makusheva, a number of landmark projects have been implemented.

Commissioning of Severnaya Stolitsa Business Center, conclusion of lease contracts and follow-up work with tenants, including Siemens, Raiffeisen Bank, Philip Morris, Deutsche Bank, CLS legal company, as well as such insurance companies as AIG, Chartis, etc.

Opening Kempinski Hotel, Moika 22: conclusion of a management agreement with Kempinski, registration of ownership, purchase of land plot and other legal support.

Purchase by PAN Group of Companies of office and commercial building at Nevsky prospect, 62; subsequent management of the facility; conclusion of lease contracts and follow-up work with tenants, such as ZARA, SONY, Hannes Snelmann legal company, Museum of Chocolate, etc.

Commissioning of the 2nd stage of Severnaya Stolitsa BC; organization of the facility management and operation; all the current work with tenants.

Purchase by PAN Group of Companies of several buildings and premises at Konyushennaya Sq., 2; organization of the object management and operation; all the current work with tenants.

Commissioning a production and warehouse complex in Shushary; leasing it to General Motors, management of the facility in cooperation with the tenant; conclusion of a lease agreement and subsequent work with the tenant with regard to all commercial and legal issues.

Completion of Zinger House Business Center reconstruction, conclusion of lease contracts and follow-up work with all the tenants, including DLA Piper legal company, Vkontakte, Telegraph, Nobel Biocare, Terra On, St. Petersburg House of Books, etc.; management of the building maintenance.

Tender purchase of Maly Gostiny Dvor building; organization of an office and shopping center; the building management supervising; conclusion of lease agreements with tenants, and management of all subsequent work, including the building maintenance.

Leasing a production and warehouse complex in Shushary to MAN; opening a plant for MAN trucks and buses production and maintenance; the facility management in cooperation with the tenant; conclusion of a lease agreement and subsequent work with the tenant with regard to all commercial, legal and current operational issues.

Purchase of an office building at Bolshoy Sampsonievsky Prospect, 66; management of the building maintenance; all the current work with tenants.

Management of such A Class facilities as Severnaya Stolitsa BC, Zinger House BC, Nevsky, 62 BC, Aeroplaza BC.
