IPG.Estate - results of 2021
The year 2021 has flown by rapidly for us. During the conclusion of deals, the launch of new directions, we did not notice how it was time to sum up!
In 2021, IPG team closed 51 transactions with a total area of 65 thousand square meters of real estate and 15.5 hectares of land in the segments of office, industrial, warehouse, retail real estate.
The largest is the sale of 12 hectares of land in the south of the city. We will tell you the details in 2022, but Philip Chaika, head of the department of industrial and warehouse real estate, is already receiving congratulations.
In the office segment, several tenant rep deals were closed for international companies with the subsequent implementation of construction and configuration projects.
A landmark project for us – we took over an administrative and warehouse complex with an area of 18 thousand square meters in the area of the metro station "Grazhdansky Prospekt". It is interesting that we received this facility for management after conducting an audit of the operational activities of the complex.
The Research and Consulting Department was maximally loaded this year. We have closed 13 projects with a total area of 566 thousand sq.m. Geography – all of Russia.
Of the interesting ones - we have developed the concept and architectural study of the TPU "Staraya Derevnya". The project was announced at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum (SPIEF).
We have strengthened the construction project management department with a separate direction for the complete set of commercial premises with furniture and appliances. In 2021, 7 offices have already been built and staffed in St. Petersburg with a total area of 9,000 sq.m, of which 3 are for international companies.
We have opened our own service office under the Case brand in the heart of St. Petersburg - on Vladimirsky Prospekt with an area of 1,200 sq.m. And this is the beginning of the development of the network. We promise that in 2022 we will begin to increase our presence.
In addition to coworking, we have started developing our own workplace reservation system for office and coworking spaces Hotdesk.ru .
In 2021, they began to publish their own analytical magazine – Insight. The electronic version can always be found on our website. And we will be happy to deliver the printed version to your office.
Ivan Pochinshchikov, Managing Partner of IPG.Estate, for the third year in a row, is included in the ranking of the most influential people in the commercial real estate market. According to the results of CRE 100 2020-2021, Ivan rose from 9th to 7th place in the Consulting segment.
Valery Trushin, Head of IPG Research and Consulting Department.Estate, entered the list of promising specialists of the commercial real estate market in Russia under 40 years old. The list of winners is presented in the magazine CRE 40/40.
This year, IPG.Estate took the award of the PROESTATE & TOBY Awards 2021 in the nomination "Consultant of the Year, regions. Commercial real estate".
2021 has become a year of growth and development for us. With new directions and projects, our team has increased by 1.5 times.
