IPG.Estate closed the deal for 9673 sq m in the office segment

JSC "Peter-Service" was founded in St. Petersburg in 1992 and it is one of the largest IT companies in Russia. The company's head office is located in Saint Petersburg, branches are opened in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Samara and Vladivostok. In December 2008 the subsidiary company "Peter-Service Ukraine" in Kiev was founded. At the moment, the company employs more than 1,200 people and is rapidly growing.

"Smolenskiy" business-center at the Uralskaya street, 4 –is a B class object which was put into operation in 2016 after the reconstruction, as a result of which a gross leasable area of the project amounted to 21 000 sq. m.

According to the words of Igor Kalinichev, "Peter-Service" operation director, the key choice requirements were the amount of space that had to be at least 2500 square metres in the same plane, the location of the property, as well as the volume of the internal space, which would allow to consider architectural finds of the new office. "The selected object meets all our needs, - concluded Igor Kalinichev".

Alex Kuchinov, managing Director of "Smolensky" business centre, noted that the involvement of such a large and successful company as the anchor tenant tells about the quality of the project. "This is one of the few large-scale projects during the last period of non-gas sector, in which we are ready to realize the future architectural and creative ideas of our partners - he said".

"Due to the fact that we had a task, for the solution of which it was necessary to consider many factors, and because of the limited offer on the St. Petersburg office market it was extremely difficult to find a large square footage. As a rule, most objects are not coming to the market because they are leased on the implementation stage, or immediately after commissioning, – says Andrey Svistunov, IPG.Estate office department director . – When we were closing "Peter-Service" deal in "Smolenskiy" business center we were following such a scheme.
