Special attention was paid to the office location – it was necessary to find an office in the southern part of the city close to Moscovsky district, where previous tenant office was housed.

Polis business center – is a B+ class object, located in the Frunzensky district at the address: Sofiyskaya str., 6, k. 8. It was commissioned in 2016. Total area amounts to 27 thousand sq. m.

"We were faced with the task to find the premise corresponding to the all requirements of the tenant in a short time, – said Veronica Chekanova, head of IPG.Estate office department. " it was important to find an office, agree the lease terms and prepare the premises for the accommodation of the company's employees in 1.5 months.
