The Financial Technology Center Group of Companies has occupied 33 jobs in the Case service office in the Central District of St. Petersburg. IPG.Estate Consulting Company acted as a broker of the transaction.

CFT CJSC is a leading Russian fintech provider that provides financial industry participants with access to advanced technologies for doing business and providing financial services to clients.

Case is a service office located on the third floor of the Renaissance Hall Business Center at 23 Vladimirsky Prospekt. The total area of the coworking is 1,200 sq.m, the project is designed for 210 jobs. The cost of a workplace is from 19,000 rubles per month.

The tenant had a request for flexible working places in the central location of St. Petersburg in close proximity to the metro. The new facility needed to locate 33 employees. As a result of the transaction, the company entered into a lease agreement in the Case service office, occupying several separate offices, some of which are specific.

The implementation of the decision to change the office was carried out by the Company in a short time. It was necessary to quickly find an office space that meets all the requirements of the Company as much as possible in terms of the organization of workplaces and the comfort of the conditions for the placement of employees. The proximity of metro stations and the central location were important factors when choosing a new office–" Veronika Chakanova, Head of IPG Office Real Estate Department, comments on the deal. – We offered the client the option of accommodation in several smart offices of the coworking Case, taking into account the preferences for the seating of the staff. The Case service office project was presented to the client as the most optimal solution, the contract approval process was successful and dynamic, taking into account the mutual interests of the parties. Previously, the company had already rented an office in a coworking, classic offices were not considered as an alternative."
