IPG.Estate: Manufacturing company leased warehouse space in the Murino industrial zone

A company specializing in the manufacture of plastic products has leased warehouse space with a total area of 1 150 sq.m. on the territory of a warehouse complex in Murino industrial zone. IPG.Estate acted as a broker of the deal.

The industrial and warehouse complex in Murino industrial zone has been operating since 2017 and includes several modern buildings for both warehouse and production.

According to the tenant, when searching for an object, special requirements were given to technical characteristics - electric power of 250 kW, clean premises with dust-free floors, the possibility to install a crane beam in the premises. Also, attention was paid to transport accessibility of the premises - it was important to create comfortable logistic conditions for the staff.
