The new appointments are caused by a change in the company's development vector. In 2022, the IPG team.Estate intends to expand its geographical presence – the markets of Moscow and the regions are interesting.

At the end of 2021, Konstantin Merkel was appointed Chief Operating Officer of IPG.Estate. In his new position, Konstantin will manage and coordinate work processes within the company and between departments.

Since 2022 , the heads of three departments have received the status of partners:

  • Valery Trushin, Head of IPG Research and Consulting Department;
  • Veronika Chakanova, Director of IPG Office Group.Estate;
  • Philip Chaika, Head of the IPG Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate Department.

In the new status, Valery, Philip and Veronika will be engaged in the development of the company in their areas, and will also bring the company to new markets, expanding the geography of IPG's presence in Russia.

Ivan Pochinshchikov, Managing Partner of IPG, comments on the appointments:
"IPG.Estate is a young but ambitious team. For 5 years in the St. Petersburg market, we have achieved significant results, and today we have enough strength to scale the business.

The new appointments reflect my professional and personal trust in the competencies of my colleagues. Our employees have extensive experience in international consulting companies, which allows us to create a partner structure following the example of the "big Five". Thus, IPG partners will be fully responsible for the development of their areas, their budgeting and their entry into the All-Russian market.

Consulting, office, warehouse and industrial real estate are strategically important areas of IPG.Estate. I am sure that the appointment of Valery Trushin, Philip Chaika and Veronika Chakanova as partners is a right step that gives us the opportunity to develop the company on a federal scale at the level of the international five consultants in the coming year.

We understand that business development is impossible without coordinated work within departments, teams, especially on a federal scale. Therefore, we entrusted one of the most important managerial positions in the company to Konstantin Merkel, who has extensive managerial experience in international consulting companies.

This structure will allow me to focus on business development and attracting partners throughout Russia."

Konstantin Merkel, Chief Operating Officer of IPG commented on his appointment: "Working with such a team is an exciting and rewarding experience! I see the potential of each participant. My task is to channel this potential in the right direction, to combine the efforts of different directions so that together we can achieve ambitious goals – to become a federal player, compete with the five international consultants, and also become a Russian consultant of a full cycle of work with real estate."

Philip Chaika, Head of Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Department of IPG, notes that his appointment as a partner of the company is a high assessment of his contribution to the company: "This is recognition of my competencies, worked out throughout my career, incredible trust, which is worth justifying. The year 2022 is a qualitatively new stage for IPG, which brings with it huge prospects, and also a high responsibility for the company's results, which my colleagues and I are ready to take on."

Valery Trushin, Head of Research and Consulting Department, of IPG, supports Philip: "I highly appreciate Ivan's trust expressed in partnership. Today, the IPG brand is known on the local market – in St. Petersburg. Bringing the brand to the federal level is now not only Ivan's task, but also mine, Philip's, Veronica's. We are responsible for the overall prospects of the company. To be more precise, now we are responsible for the result not only with the brand, but also with our personal reputation. This imposes a lot of responsibility and makes the work especially interesting."

Veronika Chakanova, Director of the office group and Partner of IPG.Estate, Case's executive director also commented on her appointment: "Partner status is a very important stage in my career, and I am grateful to the company for the opportunity to grow with it. In the St. Petersburg and regional markets, the office direction has great prospects both in the field of classic office brokerage and in the development of a network of service offices under the Case brand."
