Results of IPG.Estate's Operation for 2018
For IPG.Estate company, 2018 has become an important stage of development and growth. Valery Trushin joined our team as a Head of the Research and Consulting Department, Aleksandr Voloshin took a position of the Head of the Financial Markets and Investments Department, and last but not least Olga Kozhevnikova headed the Retail Real Estate Department.
We have strengthened the Office Department, which is headed by Veronica Chekanova, and the Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Department, headed by Philip Chaika.
We have expanded a range of services for our clients and are now ready to execute a complete cycle of works in commercial real estate, starting from the search for land plots to bringing facilities into service, their sales and further promotion.
In 2018, we leased about 30,000 square metres of office real estate, concluding deals with such companies as Red & White, Komus, Huawei, EPAM, STC, etc.
We leased and sold more than 19,000 square metres of industrial and warehouse property, leased 7,000 square meters of land for warehouse functions. We realized a number of projects on analysing the best utilization and development of the warehouse complex concept, and on researching the demand for industrial and warehouse facilities in St. Petersburg.
During this year, we gathered a portfolio of 30 investment-attractive facilities of office, hotel and commercial purposes not only in St. Petersburg, but also in other regions of Russia.
During 2018, we released a number of studies on industrial parks, co-working and creative spaces of St. Petersburg, an impact of the FIFA World Cup.
Through efforts of our team and our partners – Cushman & Wakefield – we launched a series of events – #IPGMarketInSight, and in the future we are aimed at making the format of events where we present our analytics and researches, traditional for the Northern capital's market.
